Short Description:

Polyurethane-edged rock wool (or glass wool) panels feature a core of non-combustible rock wool or glass wool and facings of color-coated galvanized or Al-Zn coated steel, with polyurethane foam sealing the edges. These panels are manufactured on a continuous production line imported from Germany. The polyurethane edge-sealing process effectively overcomes the tendency of rock wool and glass wool to absorb moisture and degrade, perfectly combining the fire resistance, thermal insulation, and sound absorption properties of the core material with the sealing capabilities, high strength, and moisture/water resistance of polyurethane. These panels are widely used in steel-structure buildings, such as industrial plants, power projects, automotive showrooms, cement warehouses, and logistics centers.
