Zhongtian New Materials’ polyurethane (PU) foam cold storage panel is a high-quality insulation panel designed specifically for freezing and refrigeration systems.
The product features a core of premium, highly flame-retardant polyurethane foam and facings made of color-coated steel, stainless steel, or galvanized steel (Al-Zn alloy substrate), manufactured through a single-step lamination process on a continuous production line imported from Germany. The core material offers uniform density, excellent flame retardancy, and low thermal conductivity, while the panel as a whole provides moisture resistance, corrosion resistance, structural rigidity, and high compressive strength. A deep tongue-and-groove joint design ensures effective thermal insulation and airtightness at the seams, thereby enhancing the operational efficiency and service life of the refrigeration system. These panels are widely used in low- and high-temperature cold storage facilities, controlled-atmosphere storage, and large-to-medium-scale logistics warehouses across sectors such as food, pharmaceuticals, supermarkets, industry, and warehousing.
